A once-a-week strength session for people in their 40s and 50s who plan to stay capable for a long time. Short, measured, and built on how bone and muscle respond to heavy load.

Bone is living tissue. It carries every load you will ever put on your body, and it adapts to what you ask of it. Yet it's the one part of longevity almost nobody trains on purpose.
Build the foundation first, and everything else you do for your health has something solid to stand on.
Bone mass peaks around age 30. Strength starts drifting down after that, slowly enough that most people don't notice until something gets hard.
Bone and connective tissue adapt to the loads they actually experience. Running, cycling and most gym routines are good for you, but they rarely load the skeleton anywhere near what it can handle.
OsteoStrong is built to do that one thing: put a high, controlled load through your body in a safe position, once a week, and measure it every time.
You push as hard as you safely can against a machine set in your strongest position. Nothing swings and nothing drops. The machine records your force in pounds, so you know exactly where you stand and whether you're progressing. Every session starts with a few minutes on a vibration plate to warm up, and finishes back on it to wind down.
Chest, shoulders and arms, pressing forward.
Hips and legs, pressing with your feet.
Trunk and midsection, pulling down.
Back and spine, lifting upward.
A real session at our Fort Apache studio. A coach sets your position at every station and watches your form while the screen records your force.

Every number from every session lands in the OsteoStrong app. No guessing whether it's working.
Not everyone makes huge gains, but every member who's trained with us six months or more has gotten stronger. Members who train six months or more typically end up about a third stronger than when they started.
What that looks like: if your legs push 1,000 pounds of force on your first visit, a typical member is pushing around 1,370 after six months or more.

Same story at your age: every one of them has gotten stronger, with the biggest gains in posture.
Typical gain is the middle result across our members, so it reflects an everyday member, not our best. “Every member” means each one has beaten their starting strength on at least one station. It compares each person's average peak force (pounds) over their first four sessions with their four most recent. Member figures include current and former members with at least 12 sessions over six months or more; owners are excluded. Individual results vary. OsteoStrong is not a medical treatment and doesn't replace advice from your doctor.
OsteoStrong members from across the country on why they train, plus the founder on what it is.

We walk you through each station and you do a real session. Wear comfortable clothes.
You leave knowing your starting force at each station, and members track every session after that in the OsteoStrong app. Then we talk about whether it fits your life. No hard sell.
Once a week. A session takes 10 to 15 minutes, vibration plate to vibration plate. You don't change clothes or shower.
No. There's no workout plan to follow and no classes. It's one focused, measured effort per station, once a week, alongside whatever else you already do for fitness.
A full recovery and biohacking lineup. HydroMassage gives you heated water jets while you stay dry and clothed. Red light therapy uses a full-spectrum panel. The BioCharger is a 15-minute seated session, fully clothed and hands-off. Some memberships include one or all three. On any plan you can also book the Align PEMF mat, a mat you lie on in a private tent that combines PEMF coils, a layer of stones and far-infrared warmth. Or book BrainTap, a guided audio and light session. A few aren't right for everyone, for example with a pacemaker, so we go over it with you at your consultation.
Memberships start at $207 a month, month-to-month, and are HSA/FSA eligible. We'll go over options at your consultation. The consultation itself is free.
You control the effort and work from a supported, strong position. We review your health history before you start, and some conditions need a doctor's OK first. If you're unsure, bring it up when you book.
