You train, and you've hit a ceiling.
You've spent years on muscle. Force still has to travel through bone, tendon and connective tissue to reach the ground. This is one measured maximum effort per station, once a week, in 10 minutes or less, aimed at that part of the chain.
Book a free session No cost, no pressure. Leave with your numbers. The limiter may not be muscle.
Your skeleton adapts to the loads it actually experiences, and so does the connective tissue around it. Most training works the muscle hard and leaves the structure well short of what it can take.
A machine set in your strongest position lets you put far more force through your body than you could safely move with a bar. Nothing swings and nothing drops, and you decide how hard to push.
Then you get a number. Peak force in pounds, at every station, every week.
Four stations. One hard effort each. You see the number.
A few minutes on a vibration plate, four maximum efforts of a few seconds each, then back on the plate. A coach sets each machine to your body and reads you the result.
Upper body
Chest, shoulders and arms, pressing forward.
Lower body
Hips and legs, pressing with your feet.
Core
Trunk and midsection, pulling down.
Postural
Back and spine, lifting upward.
It fits around your training.
You don't have to give up a session or change your program to try it.

She was doing everything right, and her skeleton was thinning anyway.
Dr. Vanessa Cook is a veterinary surgeon with a PhD and a triathlete who started racing at 45. She competes for Team USA in the 55–59 division, with two silvers and a bronze at the age-group World Championships. She was diagnosed with osteopenia while lifting regularly and training as a competitive endurance athlete, and she joined us in June 2023.
Her coach, former pro triathlete Rebekah Keat, had been telling her for years to try OsteoStrong. As a veterinarian, Vanessa knows how bone remodels. In her words, “the science behind OsteoStrong makes sense to me.”
CLASH Daytona half duathlon, December 2023: 5:03:34, with second place at 5:51:45.
Standard duathlon in Omaha, June 2024.
Of 67 in her Team USA rank, in 2:33:53. Atlantic City, September 2024.
We won't tell you OsteoStrong made her a champion. She did that, with a coach, a training block and years of work we had nothing to do with. She also does several other things for recovery. What's fair to say is that someone who understands bone professionally looked at how she spends her training time and kept this in it. Read her interview in Vegas Wellness.
Real numbers from our machines.
Every member who's trained with us six months or more has gotten stronger. The typical gain is about a third in the upper body, legs and posture.
These are all our members, every age, not athletes alone. Typical gain is the middle result across members. “Every member” means each one has beaten their starting strength on at least one station. It compares each person's average peak force (pounds) over their first four sessions with their four most recent. Figures include current and former members with at least 12 sessions over six months or more; owners are excluded. Individual results vary. OsteoStrong is not a medical treatment and doesn't replace advice from your doctor.
What happens at your first session
Set up a time
Tell us your sport and what you're after, so your coach knows what to look at.
Fill out a short waiver
It takes a few minutes. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian signs it here at the studio and stays with them for the first session.
Come in and push
We walk you through each station and you do a real session, with no warm-up gear or change of clothes needed.
Get your baseline
You leave with your starting force at each station. Then we talk about whether it fits your training. No hard sell.
Questions athletes ask
How often do I come, and how long is a session?
Once a week. A session takes 10 minutes or less, vibration plate to vibration plate.
Will it prevent injuries?
We don't claim that, and the research doesn't establish it. What we can show you is your force output, measured the same way every week. If a coach, doctor or physical therapist is managing an injury, check with them before you start.
Will this make me faster or more powerful in my sport?
It measures and trains peak force in four fixed positions. How that carries over to your sport depends on your sport and your training, and we won't promise a result on the field. Your numbers will tell you whether your force is moving.
When should I schedule it around hard training?
Bring your schedule and we'll look at it together at your first session. Your coach has the last word on your program.
Do you work with young athletes?
Yes, and we want to. Before an athlete under 18 can do a session, a parent or legal guardian has to sign the waiver when they come in and be with them for the first session.
Is it safe for me?
You control the effort and work from a supported, strong position. We review your health history before you start, and some conditions need a doctor's OK first. If you're unsure, bring it up when you book.
What does membership cost?
Memberships start at $207 a month, month-to-month, and are HSA/FSA eligible. Your first session is free. See our current specials.
Where are you?
